Our Tenant Services Coordinator operates a state of the art SamTrak management system to coordinate tenant needs. The system assists in tracking service and maintenance requests, resource allocation, scheduling, cost containment, tenant follow-up, quality control measurement, and all other aspects of owner/tenant relations.
Front line property management team members and maintenance staff are assisted by additional on call team members and contractors who have developed commercial property management standards acceptable for working within Dellagnese buildings.
