Building Evaluation
According to both BOMA , (Building and Owners Management Association), and the Urban Land Institute , the classification of buildings, A-B-C, is subjective. Both issue some guidelines. The rating chart below was used to evaluate class A, B & C space. While we do not publish buildings by category, we have listed some of the criterion that you may use. Ultimately once a client knows all of the values a building has as compared to the market, that client can make their decision as to ranking.
The chart below is assumed to be reasonable suggestions and can be adjusted as a guide.
